This is the 4 foot tall country Estates style lagoon with the 1-3/4 inch spacing. As I mentioned before this fence is available in different spacing but if you use the 1-3/4 inch model it is legal for a swimming pool because it meets the Boca code for swimming pool fencing requirements. Always check with your own Township. ???? to make sure of their requirements because some townships have stricter rules than others. This fence produced by country state is constructed with solid vinyl compounds it is not a coextruded Fence product. Buyer beware. It is not always easy to recognize Coach Julie products.
