ThIs is the Ultra Aluminum, 60 inch tall commercial grade UAF 200, flat top Fence. The Ultra Aluminum UAF 200 commercial grade Fence provides a clean contemporary look with a flat top designed commercial grade fence. This fence provides a clean look and an exceptional high strength fence with exceptional durability, making this 5 foot tall fence a top choice for a wide array of residential, commercial and business properties. At Fence City in Hatfield Pennsylvania we have installed this commercial grade Ultra Aluminum UAF 200 at many commercial pools in the area. We believe that the commercial grade material is at least two times stronger than the residential material because it uses 3/4" inch square pickets and 3, 1-1/4 inch x 1-3/8 inch horizontal rails in either a 6 foot long section or 8 foot long section. The commercial grade 5 foot tall fence is generally installed on 2 1/2 inch posts that are set in an 8 inch diameter hole approximately 30 inches deep with 100 pounds of concrete. This 5 foot tall fence is engineered to be as strong as steel but will never rust or rot. The three rail design of this flat top contemporary looking fence has the benefits of being a low maintenance fence because of its proprietary Ultra Aluminum. powder coated finish which is twice the thickness of your typical paint finishes that you will find on imported aluminum fences or inferior cheaper fences that you might find that your large box store. This Fence is a deal for securing high traffic areas, as I said earlier, community pools, and businesses where enhancing the properties curb appeal is important to the customer. If in fact you need to meet the Boca code for swimming pool enclosures this fence will need to be made with the bottom rail flush on the bottom of the sections so that it maintains the 45 inch inner space necessary when your spacing between your horizontal rails is greater than an 1-3/4 inches. Always check with your local municipalities to make sure of their codes for securing a swimming pool.
